Rovana Circle is a full spectrum distribution center that Dynamic built from an Industrial Building shell to a functional warehouse complete with office space, break rooms, and a full kitchen, that is now our clients head operations center.
The Scope of this project included:
- Fully Framed out new layout for the building
- Built and installed new break room and equipment
- Built and installed new kitchen and equipment
- Installed racking system for inventory storage
- Upgraded and installed new fixtures and hardware throughout
- Installation of New roll up doors
- Installation of new flooring
- Installation and upgrade of MEP systems
- Tape, textured, and painted Office spaces
